🐾 Phil was adopted from Peggy Adams just 3 wks ago. He was given a second chance at life. It was love at first site for us. Phil is a healing hearts dog! Meaning he has heartworms. He has a long road to recovery. He is such a gentle, sweet boy who loves all walks of life. We are beyond blessed to have him in our life. 🐾
