A little about me...
We adopted Greta aka "Baby G" in 2020. She was living in the woods as a stray in SC and ended up having babies under an abandoned house. The woman leaving food out for her during that whole year she was out there finally caught her, and long story short, we got her in March. She made it through a run in with heartworms, and remained 100% fun and free spirited for the 2 years to follow despite a rapidly growing nasal tumor that eventually got to be too much for her in march of 2022. Every moment we had with her was so special and we have no regrets with the time we spent together. She loved the beach, mountains, her favorite toy chickie, sticks, her brother, and chasing daddy on the ATV. She visited 7 states, met countless people and dogs, crashed a wedding reception, visited the ocean, hiked a waterfall, and so so much more. All of this while not letting her tumor slow her down. All of this purely happy to be doing things with us. She fought so hard. We love her beyond measure and miss her every single day. This photo we entered was taken the day we were setting up a handmade trellis for our wedding in the mountains. Yes, she helped carry one of the sticks from the woods.
