Pet's Story or Bio
Royal was adopted from the Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County, Inc. (http://hsspca.org/). His name was Rags, so his story now is Royal Rags to Riches! He is loved in his home town by everyone! His blue eyes get him a lot of attention. He enjoys dressing up in all kinds of costumes and entering events that help raise funds for shelters. This photo is from an event in raising funds for a local Humane Society. He rode his pony across the stage and loved it! He has is own book, Rags to Riches, Meet Royal! He dresses up for children and shares his book at our local library and other children events. He has visited people in nursing homes also. He hopes to become a therapy dog! He loves riding his toy pony and making people smile! He has lots of ribbons and trophies from events and local parades he has participated in.
