Noah was rescued in Bakersfield. He was chained to a car at an abandoned house. His face was covered with acid burns. Bakersfield Pitty Crew reached out to the community and Cathey's K-9 took him in. This is him completely healed. "The Power of Together' to me means rescues working together for a greater cause. Together, the difference is huge!
