How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
For as long as I can remember, I have been saving money for a puppy of my own. I researched breeds, training techniques, and raised money by pet sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. When I turned 13 I was ready to purchase a dog of my own! Faith a squirmy, energetic, Mini Australian Shepherd came home at 12 weeks old, and we have been joined at the hip ever since! Her name came to me the moment I saw her… “Have Faith In Miracles”. Little did I know that that phase would become my motto for the rest of my life! We are currently training for competitive obedience, showmanship, and agility. Training her has taught me to give and accept affection, and to never hold a grudge too long. I can always count on her to be by my side and make a bad day better. Not only is she super smart, she has been the most loyal dog and has never left my side. She keeps me calm when anxiety is high, and whenever I start to panic, she comes to snuggle and dries my tears. Most of all, Faith has taught me to enjoy the little things in life – every tail wag, every head tilt, every morning waking up to a wet nose and puppy breath. I can say is that life has truly been better together and I can’t imagine my world without her! Every day… just have a little Faith in miracles!
