How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
Maguire had a tough life on the streets, through surgery, and in the shelter for most of her life. I was at a point in life where everything seemed to be upside down and I was feeling more and more alone. When I saw her picture I knew we were meant to be together. This is from one of her first days home, there was no transition time there was only snuggles and love from the beginning. We helped each other be strong and help each other grow every day so we can achieve our greatest potential but also have someone to remind each other that we are pretty perfect in each other's eyes even when nothing is going right.
