Betty was a desperate outreach plea from Barc because they were full and had no more room. We applied and fostered her fur 2 months before adopting her ( cats ya know) . She went from being chained up and being beaten up to living the highlife. She is the Dog daughter of two dental professionals- So this is perfection.
