I rescued Chuck while working for AHS after he was found in a sewer with a fractured pelvis, severe frostbite, and almost dead. He was likely hit by a vehicle. I cared for him for two months in a cast, and through amputations. Chuck is so special, he was even featured on KARE 11(look up Chuckie on kare11.com). Although hundreds of people wanted to adopt him, I fell in love and kept him.
