Phil is a one of a kind cat that was adopted through Pet Haven. He is kind to all, loves car rides, deli meat, going in his catio, and playing with his brother, Ted. Most importantly, he gives the most love to everyone and anyone he meets— even dogs. He’s also very photogenic but I could only upload one photo.
