Billie was finally rescued from the streets of Lasalle after at least 3 years of living in horrific conditions - She had at least 3 litters of kittens which were trapped and homes found for them - However she eluded capture till last year but was then found to have major health issues due to the extreme weather she endured. Most of her teeth were removed as well as a large mass at the back of her throat - Billie survived and now has her forever home. She still has chronic breathing problems , and is still fearfull of being touched , but gradually , day by day , she is adjusting! Billie now is Safe and will be cared for with kindness and Love.
