Short feline bio/rescue story
We named her Genie because genies are magical creatures that bestow good luck on the people they find. She had luck on her side to have a kindred spirit find her in the woods with her five kittens, sick and starving. Pet Pride nursed them back to health, and now kitten Herbie is a beloved resident there due to his spinal condition. Genie was so shy that she was not quickly adopted, but we fell in love with her right away. She is our good luck charm.
