Short feline bio/rescue story
Jamie was a foster fail from Lollypop Farm. He was rescued from a hoarding situation and had to have one eye removed upon admission due to a raging infection. While in foster, we tried to salvage his other eye, but he ultimately had to have that removed as well. He didn't let that slow him down though! Every night, he would hang out with me on the couch, and once he felt brave enough, we started playing a sort of Marco Polo game. He circled slowly outward until he got lost, then he'd call for me and I'd answer so he could come back and reorient himself. At this point, Jamie knows the whole house flawlessly, and has even mapped out some of the outdoors during his supervised expeditions. He now lives a happy life full of naps, snuggles, and playing with his adopted kitty brothers. He even plays with other fosters sometimes. He enjoys wearing sweaters when it's cold, and the occasional bandana when it's warm. Overall, I'm amazed at just how resilient and adaptive he is. Jamie is truly my 4-legged soulmate and I will rant about him endlessly.
Funny feline fact
Jamie has recently discovered a love for the piano. He will come running from anywhere in the house when I play.
