We went to my mom’s neighbor looking for a female black kitten, but instead they brought out Spirit. She wasn’t black at all, but she was their only girl. The second my boyfriend held her, she curled up in his hand and fell asleep. That was it, she had already chosen us.
Since then, Spirit has grown into a bold and playful kitten with a big personality. She’s quick on her paws, always sneaking around and surprising us with her bursts of energy. Whether she’s darting from one corner of the room to the next or curiously watching us from her favorite spot, she keeps life lively.
When it’s time to rest, Spirit likes to stay close. She stretches out on the rug in front of us or claims the footrest of the couch, making sure she’s always part of the moment.
From tiny sleeper to confident explorer, Spirit is pure joy and truly lives up to her name.
