Why your pup deserves to win?
I adopted Tessa from Vegas Roots Rescue! She is about 15 years old, has epilepsy, and an enlarged heart. She also has about 2 brain cells that are both competing to form a thought at all times. She is silly and clumsy but she sure is pretty!
