Pet's Story
The stork brought Abby to us when she was 8 weeks old, the runt of the litter. From the moment she entered our lives she has been on an endless hunt for water. Abby is not prejudice, she loves all shapes and sizes: lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, pools, puddles, bird baths, you name it, she's found it. Abby's story with water started on hot July day which included a picnic and a cooler. When we turned around to call her name, there she was....her head popped out of the cooler, ice sticking to her fur, and water covering the rest of her body, she just stared, smiling at us.
Abby is the most loving and "jealous" big sister to Ernie and Ollie (both rescues). She has the biggest heart and wants nothing more than to make whoever she is around happy. Abby is loyal, lovable, and "snugglable". She loves her "babies" (stuffed animals) and sleeps with them each night under her chin.
After 4 years, we continue to look forward to all of joy, unconditional love, and spontaneity that Abby brings to our lives.
