Pet's Story
During my training to become an Adoption Counselor at the Bloomington Animal Shelter in 2012, a tiny kitten crawled into my lap for a nap. That kitten turned out to be Henry. The rest is history.

Henry is not only a warm and welcoming host to those who visit our bungalow, but he is also a persistent and unrelenting one. He delights in attention and affection. The only signs of unhappiness Henry ever shows are when the attention and affection cease.

Like the best journalists, Henry is first on the scene to investigate any household events or mishaps, and to upstage the other cats. He also carefully attends to his own polished, debonair image. Basically, in the words of a friend, "Henry is a man about town without compare."
