Pet's Story
Esther is a survivor. She spent the first two years of her life as a number in a 5x5 kennel. She was supposed to be a breeder dog but she had other plans. She was free fed in her kennel and with nothing else to do she ate non-stop. She was deemed too fat to breed and was surrendered to a rescue in Ohio at 34 pounds. It took 30 minutes for her to even come up to us she’s was so nervous, but she has been a great addition to our family and it seems as though she was always here. With love, trust , diet, and exercise, she is down to 22 pounds. She is one happy dog. She is the best!
