Hi! My name is Blue and I was rescued from the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin in June of 2017. I love to cuddle and lay on my parent's heads at 4 am. My favorite things are food (human or cat) and face pets. I love water and this year I caught my very first mouse! I'm a silly guy with lots of personality. Please vote for me!
