This is Charles (aka Charlie). He became my best friend in July of 2016. From the moment he came out to meet me for the first time, I was in love. This sweet, energetic, hilarious doggo has been more of a blessing to me than I could ever describe. The saying “who rescued who?” Couldn’t be more true.
