Simon and his three siblings were born in our yard to a stray neighborhood cat. All four kittens and their mother were tamed (over several months) and then taken to the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin. They were then all adopted back into our family. My husband and I adopted three of them, and my sister adopted the other two. We had become so attached to all of these kittens and their mother, that we found a way to keep them all in our family.
