This is the photo that was posted on the Rockford site for adoption. I couldn't believe he hadn't already been adopted...he was already 3 months old! I hurried down to get him, and ended up also adopting his mom. Boomer is fluffier now, but he remains slight (weighs only 8 lbs), and he has no undercoat! His fur always snarls and we have to constantly trim out the knots. Neither he nor his mom will use the cat door?? They were rescued from a TNR location along with his 2 sisters, so who knows why they might act like we're trying to do something terrible to them when we try to make them use the cat door?? Anyway, he's also a biter...bites when he's happy and loving-not just when he's playing! I'm patiently trying to teach him not to bite, but I'm glad he's not super friendly with the neighbors!
