Scooter was found in the desert in California. The people that found him took Scooter to a veterinarian immediately. The vet said Scooter had a severed spine and would never walk again. He believed Scooter was thrown from a moving car. We saw a plea for help on Facebook. We flew to California and brought him into rescue. That was five years ago and Scooter has proven he as a zest for life and knows no strangers.
He is now a forever foster and the spokespup for the rescue.
