Elsie was abandoned by her previous owners, left in an empty apartment with no food, no water, infested with fleas, emaciated, starving, scared and all alone. She stole our hearts, we rescued her and brought her home to our Oscar where she stole his heart too.

Oscar and Elsie became the best of friends. They were together all the time, with Elsie rough housing Oscar and he being so gentle with her, watching over her and taking care of her.

Oscar was diagnosed with Lymphoma and the disease rapidly took over his body, causing his health to deteriorate fast. Elsie remained by his side to the very last moments of his life!!
