Your pet's story or fun facts about your pet
I adopted Eva from the Michigan Humane Society in the winter of 2010. She was approx 11 months old and had spent the majority of her juvenile life there. She is now incredibly spoiled daily with several beds and blankets, a big fenced backyard, different treat selections and antlers to choose from and TOYS GALORE. Anything that squeaks is her favorite. Surprisingly enough she's a 70lb lap dog that doesn't tear up her toys. She likes to play hide and seek with them by covering them with her blankets and then trying to find them. And if anyone comes home she HAS to have a toy in her mouth to bring you. You can find her with her head in her toy basket, watching all our neighbor's kids playing outside, on squirrel patrol, napping in her beds, following me around the house wondering what I'm doing next, or with her big head smooshed against your leg or plopped on your lap waiting to be pet. Attention is her favorite, she even loves going to the vet for that very reason. This "big white dog" (as she's affectionately called around our neighborhood) has made my heart whole. We're hoping her big, loving, goober face will help raise some money for the PFP rescue dogs so that one day they will know what it's like to be rescued forever and have a bed and toy basket to call their own... And plenty of squirrels to chase.
