I stumbled upon this picture of my fur brother "Barney" whom I miss so dearly he lived from 8/15/1996 to 4/11/2009. He is sad in this pic because he got scolded for eating something he shouldn't!!! (Yes he has a pacifier in his mouth and he is resting with his favorite soccer pillow. He loved his pacifier, especially when he had done something bad, it was so cute. The bad part is that if a baby came over he was constantly stealing theirs. LOL) He was a Golden Retriever that never out grew his puppy stage. He acted like a two year old his whole life...he had to be watched constantly and paid attention to or he was up to no good...me and my family always are laughing about "Barney" stories. He ate everything that wasn't "nailed" down. We had many pairs of gloves with no fingers, half eaten flip flops, brushes with no handles..the list goes on and on. The thing he liked to eat the most was money...he would go through a large purse filled with many other things and just take the money. He made many "deposits" in his life time. Lol. We have so many stories and so many memories, we wish he was still here. HE GAVE US ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF LOVE!!! Sometimes its sad that we have gloves with fingers, shoes that haven't been destroyed and brushes with handles on them. R.I.P. Barney!!! We love you!!! YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!!
