Welcome to the 3rd annual Philly Bully Team Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest!
Every year we hold a competition for pets and their owners to show off their creativity and Halloween spirit by showing off their best and most creative costumes.
There is a $5 entry fee for all contestants, and we will have several different categories to enter! Share this website and get your friends, families and co-workers to vote! The voting will last two weeks and the winners will be announced on Halloween and prizes will be awarded for the most votes in each category, including a spot in our 2024 calendar!
