My family and I are proud foster failures. October of 2016, we took in this tank truck of cuddles as a foster through PHS. She was named Rosie at the time, but she is now CLEO! Cleo earned a spot in our hearts and home with her adorable face, endearing personality, and her many, many kisses. She is 85 pounds, and strongly believes she is a lap dog. How could you not love her*?

* The love only falters when she and our cat, Cosmo, gang up to wake us up at the crack of dawn.
