Rescued from Hercules (Smiley dog rescue) 5 years ago on 4th of July, hence the name Sparky! He was a runner, so the first thing I did was introduce him to the neighbors, then I had him chipped. Both proved to be good ideas. Sparky just graduated from the SPCA Basic Dog Training classes and is doing very well! He's quite the charmer, everyone he meets loves him. He has two doting moms and aims to please. This photo was taken at Pt. Isabel in Richmond, right after a bath. He loves muddy puddles. We love him more!
