Nigel was adopted from a shelter in Southern California when he was about a year old with a chronic URI, but that doesn't stop him from finding every opportunity to explore, thrash, love unconditionally, sleep and eat (some of his favorite things). He's named after Nigel Tufnel from the movie This Is Spinal Tap since his internal amp is turned up to eleven at all times! Lots of play sessions keeps this guys' high-energy levels manageable along with plenty of wrestle sessions with his best feline buddy, Freddie (not shown).
He's thankful for the kindness of strangers, and all of the dedication and hard work that animal shelters, humane societies and volunteer organizations devote to saving animals' lives and for giving him another chance to find his forever home.
Shelter Kitties Rule is Nigel's mantra!
