My name is Esperanza aka Mama Doll from the Rockabilly mafia dolls Pomona chapter. I love giving back to my community because I know how it feels to be in need. I know how it feels to be sitting in the dark because you don't have enough money to pay the light bill. I know how it feels to eat once a day and not know when you will eat again. I do what I do because I know the feeling and if I could help out one, three or 10 people out then I will do my best to do it. I had a lot of different struggle grow up and even after and all that did was make me a stronger person. I may not have HG. But I did have difficulty in my third pregnancy where I did lose my baby at only 11 weeks old. And in my fourth pregnancy where I had another difficult pregnancy where my doctor said to me if my daughter don't come out now then I could lose my life which results of me having her at 31 weeks. So when I hear about what these mother and their families where going through hit my heart. By doing this contest and raising money and raising awareness I believe I'm helping out these families.
