A little about me...
Ernie is a rescue from NC who has battled a right hind quarter wound, heartworms, dental issues, digestive parasites, and as a purebred Hunting Beagle was likely abandoned when at 10 years old could not keep up with the "hunt pack" and then Potter came to the rescue. Today he turns 11 years old and is 100% healthy and just the greatest friend anyone could have. He is now a registered Therapy Dog and goes with me on Communion Visits and even visits Nursing homes on occasion. Ernie is a GREAT success story of the wonderful services that the Potter League accomplishes matching magnificent pets with owners that care and want their companionship. Yes Ernie is a Senior Dog - but so am I!
