A little about me...
Suki's first owner Will trained her as a puppy he adopted from the Potter League over twelve years ago. At the time Suki won most beautiful puppy for Beneful.
Suki loves to be adored and answers with those soulful eyes to everyone who calls her "beautiful". Her vocabulary is outstanding, she never begs - but those eyes let us know when she wants something. She knows what people are thinking. She loves to be groomed, she adores making snow angels in winter, and obeys commands with or without a treat. The puppy in her picks up one of her toys when she wants to go out and knows her boundaries by instinct.
After Will was paralyzed, Suki became his service dog who greeted his many caregivers with a kiss. Sometimes when Will was hospitalized I had the privilege of taking care of her and making certain she was able to visit him often. Sadly, Will died in December 2019. Loyal Suki sat by his side until his lifeless body was found at his home days later. She was allowed to live with me.
Every person and every dog we meet on her morning walk finds her an ambassador of love. Suki walks up and down steps slowly with a little limp now because her leg was hurt by a car, yet beautifully mended with surgery.
She is a happy dog especially when she is around people. Suki is beautiful.
