A little about me...
Porter lives in Newport and is one lucky boy! He came from a very rough start and his first 8 weeks were very hard on him. But as fate would have it, he ended up in our home only a few days before finding out he was going to be a big brother. It took some time, a few surgeries, and lots of love and he has blossomed into the sweetest dog around! He loves his baby sister more than anything in the world, except maybe his tennis balls. He enjoys his summer days on the boat or at the beach, and his winters in the green mountain trails of Vermont. Porter’s story is truly a “who rescued who” because we had just lost our 12 year old dog a few weeks prior to his adoption. He needed us as much as we needed him, and come to find out the best part was watching him and our daughter grow up together! We think this picture shows his new found appreciation for life :)
