We adopted Grayson from Potter League in May 2021, only six weeks after our beloved thirteen year old Rottie, Gracie, had died. Grayson immediately touched our hearts by kissing our hands and playing with the toys in his pen.
He came from SC very thin and with some scarring. Quick to learn, he has adapted to his new pack which includes a cat named Elsa. He has valiantly fought heartworm and his many fears.
His high stepping prance and amazing speed lend laughter and smiles to our days. We are so grateful to know this noble spirit and total goofiness. He likes us to put his toys in canvas bags so he can carry them around the house and fall asleep in them.
Our only regret is not knowing all of his story and who first saw the potential in this once neglected boy.
We are proud to be his people and are forever indebted to the wonderful people at Potter league.
