1) Submit your pet's photo and include your name, your pet's name, your e-mail address, and include a short paragraph describing your pet, its characteristics, favorite hobbies, or even a funny/rescue story.
2) No hard copy photos will be accepted. Photos must be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes). Generally, photos taken with mobile phones are not high-enough resolution. Photos should be in .JPEG format. If your submission is low resolution or poor quality you will be asked for a better quality image. If a quality image is not provided within 1 week prior to calendar printing, the entry may be disqualified. A good rule of thumb is that the photo should be at least 1 mb (96 dpi required, 300 dpi is preferred)

PETS ONLY- No people in the picture, this IS about the pets after all! Any photos with humans will be disqualified.
4) Multiple pets are allowed in submitted photos. But wouldn't it be cool to submit a photo of EACH of your pets individually and have more than one featured in the calendar? Duplicated pictures will not be accepted
5) The top three (3) dogs, top three (3) cats, top two (2) horses and top two (2) farm friends will be featured on their own month in PRC SPCA Summer Lovin' Calendar.
Contest Donations
It is a $5 donation to enter your pet in the PRC SPCA 2020 Summer Lovin' Calendar Photo Contest. Any person donating more than $25 will receive a complimentary Summer Lovin' 2020 Calendar. You will have the option to "Reserve A Day" for an additional $15 donation. This will reserve a special date (think your birthday, adoption anniversary, pet's birthday, etc.) for your pet to be featured on. Everyone deserves their very own day!
Each vote thereafter will be $1. Each $1 donation counts as a vote for that photo.
VOTING TIP: Vote—and vote often! Share with friends and families to get their support and of course, keep an eye on the competition! You don't want to lose your top spot at the last minute!
ALL PHOTOS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY SPCA (PRCSPCA). Entrants grant PRCSPCA utilization of each submitted photo on the PRCSPCA website and in advertising and promotional materials without compensation or permission. PRCSPCA reserves the right to modify these rules without prior notification.
