Lulabelle was abandoned at an animal shelter in Denver, Colorado where pit bulls are illegal. She was covered in open wounds, and had scars all over her body. She was basically a mess and was slated for euthanasia. Luckily, her mom worked at the shelter and took her home and now she is a legal resident of Richmond and enjoys spending time with her little brother, Sailor.
