Pet's Story or Bio
Jake was adopted from Project Pooch in 2004 to be a sister to our other heeler mix, Roxy. Although he initially suffered from anxiety and was fearful of new people and situations, he has blossomed into the kindest and most loving dog we have ever owned. At 12 years old, Jake is still very active and loves outdoor adventures with his furry brother and sister. If there is water involved, Jake is in it, be it lake, river, or ocean. He loves to swim!
