About Us

The Pennsylvania SPCA has been rescuing animals from cruelty and neglect for 150 years. In addition to promoting adoptable pets, PSPCA also offers high-quality, low-cost veterinary care options, making it easier to care for your pet.

The PSPCA’s mission is to protect animals, prevent cruelty and to improve the health and quality of life throughout Pennsylvania. They do this through our four physical locations – North Philadelphia, Danville, Lancaster and Main Line Animal Rescue, as well as through their Humane Law Enforcement Department which covers 18 counties throughout the state.

The PSPCA has boots on the ground 365 days a year throughout Pennsylvania.
