Gerald is a 'rescue' from SAFE Pet Rescue on A1A. His owner Jane, who volunteers at SAFE, decided to adopt him. Gerald now spends most days walking along Crescent Beach and galavanting around restaurants and sites in Saint Augustine. He is currently in a committed relationship with a pure-bred Portugese Water Dog named Ava. Although enjoying the high life now, Gerald has not forgotten his roots living on the mean streets of Georgia and in various shelters. Gerald regularly works with other shelter dogs to get them acclimated to polite society and ready for adoption.
