Fun facts about me...
Bear is blind.
He was born to the feral colony we care for, and we believe he could see during his earliest days. However, by the time he was a few months old and we took him to be neutered at the St. Augustine Humane Society, it was clear that his vision was very poor. Unwilling to put him back outdoors knowing he couldn't see, we adopted him.
Despite his poor vision, Bear has mastered indoor living like a champ. He can find everything he needs, with only the occasional bump into a wall.
He is inspiring, adorable, and a blessing in our lives.
