Tasha’s story began with a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) effort when she was just a tiny feral kitten. The plan was simple: help her, then return her outdoors. But nature had other plans. A sudden snowstorm rolled in, and releasing such a small kitten into the cold didn’t feel right—so she came inside “just until the weather cleared.”

Well… that was five years ago.

Today Tasha is thriving as a full-time indoor queen. She has mastered the fine arts of bird-watching from the window, supervising household activities, and demanding snacks with impeccable timing. She’s curious, a little mischievous, and very proud of her once-feral independence.

From snowy beginnings to cozy windowsills, Tasha proves that sometimes the best plans are the ones that change—and that a little compassion can turn a stormy night into a lifetime home.
