Saffron Butter was born in Hoke County, NC and brought to the county shelter with her birth mother and a her littermate. Her Mom saw her picture on Facebook and curried over there the ne t day to adopt her, but Purr Partners had rescued her only an hour before! But Saffron’s new Mom did not give up! After much phone tag Saffron was found and put into foster care until she was big enough for adoption. One month later she came to live with her furever family. A year later Saffron is happy and healthy and living the dream! She enjoys play time with her sister, spelunking in blankets and packing paper, and being a silent musician inside her bass drum.
