Buffy was brought to the shelter I work at by an animal control officer. She had on a rainbow collar and was the sweetest cat I’d ever met. I knew for sure an owner would be looking for her. Fast forward a month and no one had come for her and she’d been battling a terrible uri. Once she was better, I brought her home as a foster. When it was time to bring her back to the shelter to go up for adoption my son cried and begged to keep her. She’s been a part of our family ever and we couldn’t imagine life without her.
