Eligibility
Rabbit Rescue of MN Calendar Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all rabbits. However, ONLY rabbits currently residing in the Twin Cities area are eligible for one of the top 13 featured spots in the calendar (cover and monthly pages).
Rabbits that place in the top 13 but are not local to the Twin Cities area and/or are unable to attend the professional photo shoot on July 19 will be disqualified from being featured on the cover or one of the monthly pages.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement To Official Rules
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of RRMN, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. All submitted photos become property of RRMN.
Contest Period
The Submission and Voting Periods start on June 11, 2025 and end on July 5, 2025. The Submission Period and the Voting Period combined constitute the Contest Period. Entries that are submitted before or after the Submission Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the following method: online submissions.
How To Enter
Online: this method of entry will be available by visiting our website: www.gogophotocontest.com/rabbitrescueofmn2026calendar and following the directions provided to complete the entry information and submit. Submissions are accepted during the Submission Period only. The contest winners will be invited to a photo session to have their bunny's portrait taken which will be featured in the Rabbit Rescue of MN 2026 calendar. If the winner is unable to make it on the proposed photo session dates then they will be disqualified and the next photo with the next highest votes will win. In order to enter, your image must meet the photo upload requirements and be acceptable for printing.
- 200 dpi (300 dpi preferred)
- JPEG or standard digital image file types
- Photos should be in focused and clear from obstruction.
- Please make sure there are no other species of animals in your pictures
- Please do not include people in your photos
All entered photos should meet these requirements.
Voting
Each $1 donation counts as 1 vote. We encourage you to share your contest page link with family and friends through email and social media encouraging them to vote for your favorite photo. All donations for votes are non-refundable and not tax deductible (there was a vote in exchange for the donation). Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Donations and photo entries for this online contest that are submitted via other means (snail mail, in-person or main website donation page) will be accepted as donations but not applied toward the contest. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email. The top 13 winners must be local to the Twin Cities and available for a professional photoshoot on July 19, 2025. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, RRMN will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner among the remaining eligible entries. Prize packages will be fulfilled within approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the contest.
