Rose Labriola

Elsa is a beautiful Chihuahua/Pug rescue dog. She is loyal, kind and full of energy. She was hit by a car in 2017 and we adopted her in 2018. She has some lasting effects from the accident, but it doesn't stop her from running around and going up and down the stairs. She prefers sitting in a chair than being on the ground.
