Loui (short for Louisiana) was at street dog scavenging for food and shelter. He ended up in a impoverished dog pound in Louisiana and was going to be euthanized. The SPCA from Welland, On. rescued Loui and many other dogs. We adopted Loui and he has been a treasure and a joy. I really believe that he’s grateful for the life he has living the Muskoka dream.
