We loved reading about Cooper ❤️
Neil Kaplan
Cooper walks slowly on a walk outdoors, happily taking everything in, keeping up with his short, quick steps; imagine the surprise to watch him tear down a hallway on a 50 yard dash like a bullet... chasing a tennis ball...only to bring it back and be ready for another run. . and another. . and another ! Those little legs can MOVE ! Sweet, affectionate, loving, always happy to sit by your side and have his long floppy ears massaged. A kind soul, generous in spirit...loved by anyone who meets him . . . a constant companion. And oh so handsome . . . a coat that suggests Kansas wheat fields, swaying in the wind, soft . . . and luminous.

Julie went to a farm where a disabled woman’s two senior pups had a litter. The woman was overwhelmed with taking care of so many dogs and In fact she advertised Cooper’s father Axel in the paper and that was who Julie was going to take home. Instead, when she walked into the room where the litter was, Cooper was the first to bull rush her. And right behind him was Bandit. She felt she was in the mood for a tired old dog who needed some love but as she liked to retell “Cooper chose me and I wasn’t about to leave his partner in crime behind, little Bandit.” I call him Zen Master flash. He had another alterego name that was corrected by surgery that he deserves no more. Thank you Cooper for your unconditional love!
