Cindy Miles
Lucy was a devoted volunteer at the U.S. Capitol, providing joy, and laughs to the US Capitol Police, the US Capitol Guide Service and the employees of the Architect of the Capitol. Lucy was a member of the very first visit by 16 PAL Teams to the Capitol for the Lying-in-Honor Memorial for Officer Billy Evans in April 2021.
