Since learning about CELC, I've been struck by how genuinely this organization shows up for families during those crucial early years—not just in the classrooms, but by addressing the real obstacles that get in the way of a family's success. It is awesome to watch CELC's leadership figure out how to best serve the community's needs and provide real support for children and their families. Every dollar in this competition is a vote to provide kids with a real shot at a strong start, no matter their circumstances. I'm proud to support CELC because investing in education for our youth, and stability for families, matters for all of us. Thank you, CELC, for 139 years of dedicated service to the community—may there be many more!

I’m really proud to support CELC in this Kiwanis competition. Working with this group, and seeing the work they do, has shown me how much heart, effort, and care truly goes into everything they take on. What stands out most to me about CELC is the genuine commitment to helping others. It’s not just about completing projects, but about making a real difference in the community and building meaningful connections along the way. The teamwork, positivity, and determination within this group are inspiring, and it’s something that’s hard to put into words unless you’ve experienced it firsthand. CELC represents what service and leadership are all about, and I feel lucky to be able to support a group that gives so much back. No matter the outcome of the competition, I know they’ve already made a lasting impact.
