It was a week before Christmas 2025, we set out with 6 traps for spay/neuter appointments the next day. By dark, 4 covered traps contained adults. We waited and heard the soft ping of the trap door close and inside was baby Em... a few seconds later another ping... baby Dee. We weren't expecting littles! Trapping is emotional work, and knowing kittens can get pregnant at just 4 months old pushes those involved in TNVR to keep going. We work to save lives through prevention and alleviate suffering. Em (& Dee) are some of the lucky ones; Friends of Feral Felines volunteers are SO very happy for them that they have joined the M&D Family 💕 If you feed outside cats but can't touch them, visit friendsofferalfelines.org to see how you can be a part of our mission!
